An iconic stop on the West Aus tour, Margs as it is more affectionately known is not only home to a World Surf League tour stop but also boasts exceptional coastal and bush landscapes as well as some of WA's best wineries and breweries.


If you're headed to Margs, here's our must visit spots:


  • Margaret River Bakery Not only does the Margaret River bakery boast some of THE most exceptional baked goods in Western Australia, but the service is always outstanding. The eclectic, croissant filled location is right in the heart of town on the main strip of Margaret River. One to absolutely not miss!


  • Margaret River Woodfired Bread If you like fresh bread, look no further. The sheer smell of fresh baked bread is sure to draw you in the door and satisfy your carb cravings. Best served fresh with butter and a nice glass of red.

  • Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co A beautiful spot along the iconic Caves Road boasting excellent eats, serene views, a playground for any littlies in your life and most importantly some great brews. The legends behind the bar certainly love what they do and are not shy to reccomend you something to wet your whistle. If you like a sour beer(or any beer), this is the place to be!



  • Surfers Point Where the ocean meets Margaret River, Surfers Point is one of WA's most iconic surf locations hosting the Margaret River Pro stop on the WSL circuit annually. A beautiful spot to suss out the ocean and soak up the sunshine.

  • Gnarabup Beach A local watering hole like no other. The crystal clear waters & stunning views truly do speak for themselves.
